These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyTradeline platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
MyTradeline provides an AI-powered receptionist platform for local service businesses, including:
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use MyTradeline. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
You must not use MyTradeline to:
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable telephone and SMS laws
including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state laws. This includes obtaining required consent from individuals before contacting them via phone or SMS, and complying with call recording notification requirements in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that receive credible complaints of TCPA or telecommunications law violations.
You are the data controller for your customers' information captured through MyTradeline. You agree to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTradeline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific business requirements or that AI responses will result in any particular business outcome.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTradeline from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law including telecommunications laws.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bell County, Texas.
