1. Description of Service

MyTradeline provides an AI-powered receptionist platform for local service businesses, including:

• AI voice receptionist that answers inbound calls on your behalf
• Automated SMS text-back for missed calls
• Lead capture, qualification, and appointment booking
• Google Calendar integration
• Customer relationship management dashboard
• Automated review requests and follow-up messaging
• Monthly ROI reporting

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use MyTradeline. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

• No setup fee. You are charged only your monthly subscription rate.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled.
• Cancellation. Cancel anytime from account settings. Access continues through the paid period.
• 14-day guarantee. If MyTradeline doesn't capture at least one lead in your first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable.
• Price changes. We provide 30 days' notice before changing prices.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use MyTradeline to:

• Harass, deceive, defraud, or harm any person
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the platform's infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written consent

5. Telephone and SMS Compliance

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that receive credible complaints of TCPA or telecommunications law violations.

6. Your Customers' Data

You are the data controller for your customers' information captured through MyTradeline. You agree to:

• Have a lawful basis for processing your customers' personal data
• Maintain a privacy policy informing customers about AI-assisted interactions
• Respond to customer requests regarding their personal data

7. AI-Generated Content

• We do not guarantee AI responses will always be accurate or error-free
• You are responsible for reviewing your AI configuration and monitoring interactions
• Do not rely on AI responses for safety-critical communications without human review

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific business requirements or that AI responses will result in any particular business outcome.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTradeline from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law including telecommunications laws.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bell County, Texas.
