MyTradeline ("we," "us," or "our") operates the MyTradeline platform, accessible at mytradeline.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our services. By using MyTradeline, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Account registration information (name, email address, password)
  • Business information (business name, industry, phone number, website)
  • Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
  • AI assistant configuration (greeting, services, business hours, custom instructions)

Information collected automatically:

  • Inbound call records including caller phone numbers and timestamps
  • SMS message content between your AI assistant and your customers
  • Voice call transcripts generated by our AI voice assistant
  • Lead information captured during AI conversations (names, phone numbers, emails, service requests)
  • Appointment records, usage data, log files, and IP addresses

Information from third-party services:

  • Google Calendar data (if connected) including availability and access tokens
  • Twilio call and SMS metadata

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the MyTradeline platform
  • Answer calls and send SMS messages on behalf of your business
  • Capture and qualify leads and book appointments
  • Check Google Calendar availability and create calendar events
  • Send monthly ROI reports and operational notifications
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform:

  • Twilio — phone calls and SMS messaging
  • OpenAI — AI voice and text responses
  • Supabase — secure database and authentication
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google — calendar integration (only if connected)
  • Vercel / Railway — hosting and infrastructure

4. Voice Call Recording and Transcription

Our AI voice assistant processes live audio during calls. Transcripts may be stored to provide conversation history in your dashboard. You are responsible for complying with applicable call recording consent laws in your state or country.

5. Google Calendar Integration

If you connect Google Calendar, we store OAuth access tokens to enable availability checking and event creation. You can disconnect at any time from your Settings page. We access only the calendar scopes you authorize.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. If you cancel, we retain data for 30 days before permanent deletion. Lead records, transcripts, and appointment history are deleted with your account.

7. Security

We use encrypted data storage, TLS encryption in transit, and role-based access controls. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure — use a strong password and keep credentials confidential.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any right, contact us below.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform.
