MyTradeline (operated by My Trade Line LLC) is an AI receptionist platform used by local service businesses to answer calls, text back missed callers, and confirm appointments on their behalf. This page describes the text messaging programs associated with MyTradeline.

What messages you may receive

• Business text-back replies.If you call or text a business that uses MyTradeline and your call is missed, our AI may text you back on that business's behalf to help schedule your appointment — this is a direct reply to your own inbound contact, not unsolicited marketing.
• Appointment confirmations. If you book an appointment through a MyTradeline-powered business, you may receive a one-time text confirming the date and time.
• Weekly reminder (opt-in only). If you use our missed-call calculator and explicitly opt in, you will receive up to 4 messages per month reminding you of your estimated missed-call cost, until you sign up or unsubscribe.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and, for the weekly reminder program, is capped at up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out
